We will try to keep our online store running in a good and safe way during this period, so that you can keep access to your products. We make every effort to be online and available 24/7 as well as deliver items quickly and safely. The delivery person maintains social distance or places orders at your front door to avoid physical contact. Due to high demand, the delivery of your order may take longer.

Then you can create one during the ordering process. Your application will be checked and you will receive a temporary password from us. Your order will remain visible in your shopping cart.

Ordering and deliveries

We do our best to deliver your order with care as soon as possible. The product page lists an indication of the delivery time. If – for any reason – we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Depending on our carrier, your order will be delivered within three to five working days. The shipping costs for the Benelux are €35 per order. The costs for destinations outside the EU depend on the size and weight of the order and the chosen postal or courier company. 

Express delivery

If you need an express delivery on the same day, please contact us by sending an e-mail to They will then send a courier with your products. The additional costs will be charged to you.

Ordering in three steps

  1. Place your desired product in your shopping cart and proceed to order.
  2. Fill in your details and check your order
  3. Place your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Changing your order

After you have placed your order, you cannot change it. As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it. If your order is incomplete, the wrong product is delivered, or your product is damaged, please contact us by sending an e-mail to We will then consult with you on finding a suitable solution.
